Zabbix agent inside the NAT and Zabbix server outside the NAT for remote monitoring

We have a zabbix with ldap authentication method in our local network , we nat an ip address with a port like 8008 to 80 to access the zabbix from outside of our network
but when we try to reach zabbix through nat ip : http://1.2.3.4:8008/zabbix Authentication not working...

I have been trying to set up some the monitoring of a remote server over the internet, both my zabbex server and the remote server are behind firewalls. I have tried opening the ports 10050 and 10051 on both ends and forwarding them on the zabbix end. this does not work. does anyone know what ports...
