Commercial NMS and monitoring tools based on Zabbix

Is there any commercial NMS based on Zabbix? Is it possible some vendors (Like Cisco, Arista, Huawei, or smaller-scale vendors or even in open networking paradigm) use Zabbix source code to develop their NMS? Whether they declare they use Zabbix or not......
