New IOS Push Notification Service for Zabbix

Hi everyone,

I had been frustrated about traditional notification media (like SMS, E-Mail,...) so I designed and developed a complete push notification service for Zabbix including an app for IOS devices.
With this service it is possible to send end-to-end encrypted notification messages....

Hi, we have about 150 agents (not zabbix agent - home grown agent emulating zabbix agent) pushing each thousands of metrics. Originally we cached data on a host for 5 minutes and then send them in one bulk. Unfortunately that led into problems with performance of zabbix server - most of the time server...

I've been using successfully push notifications instead of SMS (for free!) to monitor my Zabbix server.

Hi!

I have a setup where data can only be transferred every now and then (only dialup or email possible).
I can then push data to zabbix using a script that calls zabbix_sender, but all data gets timestamped when pushed.

Is there a possibility to deliver data to zabbix...
