Web Scenario Retry Interval not working

I am using Zabbix 2.4. I have a web scenario trigger that is firing too soon. It doesn't appear that the Retries\ Update Interval is working correctly. I have set the update interval to 300 (5 min.) and 10 Retries and the Web Scenario sends a failed result in 5 minutes. Does anyone have any sug...
