Backup Zabbix Server

my name fajar, i have a problem on my zabbix server hardisk,

can i backup zabbix server and restore it to another server?

Would anyone know of a way to ping to a server to see if it were responding over a defined interval and have it graph the response time or the ratio of response to no response from the server.

I need to do server maintenance and would like to know how the maintenance affects the server...
