Trigger on exact time and date

I need to run trigger on exact time.
I use this expression:

dayofweek()=1 $ time()=080000

but I can't use it while I have this error:

Cannot add trigger
Invalid parameter "/1/expression": incorrect expression starting from "$ time()=080000". [triggers.php:300

I'm trying to setup a trigger to only alert between certain hours, but this formula is not working. Anyone done this before that can tell me what I'm doing wrong?

This template is supposed to alert Monday - Friday, between 1-2pm.
