only show unacknowledged events in last 20 issues

We have two instances of zabbix at our company. One that is 1.8.10 and one that is 2.0.2.

I used the patch suggested in https://support.zabbix.com/browse/ZBX-4168
to make only unacknowledged issues show up on the last 20. It works perfectly.

I need to know I can see all unacknowledged issues, and maybe filter that view for a certain hosts group, a certain host, ...
