Теряется связь с агентами

Всем привет! Периодически (раз в 3-2 дня) пропадает связь со всеми агентами на 10-30 минут. Когда это происходит, то на данном графике вижу вот такой скачок. См. https://ibb.co/3Bpw7Kj

Hi guys

My zabbix have a problem, sometimes system show unreachabled, but when i going to look this issue in zabbix (server > agentd ping) but it's but.

And in the dashboard that server show unreachabled (and is recovered after 5~30s) then show unreachabled again....

instalé Zabbix Server 2.4 en un Debian 7. Pude ir resolviendo los distintos problemas durante la instalación, pero cuando pongo los agentes en Windows 7 me muestra esta información:

"Zabbix agent on host.name is unreachable for 5 minutes"
...
