Monitor state of Windows service thats set to restart daily.

Hi gang, new to Zabbix here. I'm trying to make a trigger that will monitor a service thats notorious for hanging on scheduled daily restart. I used service_state and change to trigger but would like it to be less sensitive to say "ok this service stopped, I will give it 2 minutes to get back...

I have:
1. Zabbix server 4.4.8 (Ubuntu server 18.04)
2. Windows Server 2019

Monitor Service OracleServiceXE (or othe service) (Start / Stop)
service.info ["OracleServiceXE", state]

I try from the Zabbix manual (6 Windows performance counters)...
