Zabbix agent on linux_host is unreachable for 5 minutes

Доброго времени суток товарищи, помогите пожалуйста разобраться в проблеме:

Висит алерт Zabbix agent on linux_host is unreachable for 5 minutes.
Хотя сам агент доступен, пинг агента возвращ 1:

username@zabbix:/$ zabbix_get -s 192.168.1.100 -p 10050 -k agent.ping

...

目前公司的zabbix2.2.2 压力很大，
主机数量 (监控/未监控/模板) 1212 1054 / 82 / 76
监控项数量 (监控/停用/不支持) 117299 102058 / 6446 / 8795
触发器的数量(启用/关闭)[problem/ok] 36985 35443 / 1542 [22 / 35421]

目前的问题是mysql主库压力很大，从库根本无法使用，zabbix项目组为啥不考虑主从库 读写分离呢？

I am trying to configure Zabbix 2.0 on my Mac OS X (10.7.5) with MySql (Installed using MAMP Version 2.1.1). After all configuration, when I tried to start zabbix_server daemon, I started getting following error in the log file:
