Acknowledge not working

Hi,

I have configured an action so that if the trigger stays "true", every 24 hours, Zabbix sends an alert.

I'd like Zabbix to stop repeating the action if the event was acknowledged, so I added a condition ("event Acknowledge = "Not Ack").

However, even though I think everything is configured properly, Zabbix still sends the reminders every day.

I'll attach a screenshot of my configuration. BTW, I'm using Zabbix 1.8.2.

check the current status of that trigger in monitoring -> triggers

Hi All-

I am using the Zabbix verion 1.8.6. I have go through almost all the thread for acknowledge the alert. but no luck. I'd like Zabbix to stop repeating the action if the event was acknowledged. (i have acknowledge the event however zabbix still repeating the action)

Ah... So i am not the only one having the problem then...

I also checked the macro {TRIGGER.EVENTS.ACK}. I expected it to be 0 if not acknowledged and >=1 if acknowledged, but this is not the case. This number is accumulated and keep its value even if the associated trigger goes back to OK.
