Can not gathering data from client(windows PC)

We just setup a zabbix client(a normal windows PC), seems no issue with the connectivity between the PC & zabbix server(the availability icon is green), but we can't see any data from Monitoring→Latest data.

BTW, we used the "Template OS Windows" for this PC. server side is CentOS 6.5

also have checked the same as zabbix quick start said:

- you entered item 'Key' and 'Type of information' fields exactly as in the screenshot
- both agent and server are running
- host status is 'Monitored' and its availability icon is green
- host is selected in the host dropdown, item is active

Check your Host configuration and Items. Start using just one Item (not template) configured mannualy.

Try something like

Name: any
Type: zabbix agent
key: vm.memory.size[used]

I am having the same issue, not able to Telnet to port 10051, although I am able to ping the IP of the Zabbix server.

This is what shows up in the agent log:

active check configuration update from [192.168.54.24:10051] started to fail (cannot connect to [[192.168.54.24]:10051]: [0x0000274C] A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond.)

The server conf file does not have a ListenIP or ListenPort configured, I assume that means it listens on the standard port and the server IP (192.168.54.24), or do I have to add the ListenIP to the conf file?

Check your Host configuration and Items. Start using just one Item (not template) configured mannualy.

Seems now we can see the "graphs" of windows client (by using the existing template) but still no data in "Latest data".

On your Windows host - check your zabbix_agentd.log
On your Zabbix server - check your zabbix_server.log

i restarted the agent and following is the latest agent log, seems no issue:
