I'd suggest that a column "documentation", representing the progress of documentation tasks, would be added to the Progress Report Table in the roadmap page.
At one hand one might understand this as a part of development, at the other, it could be good to get people warned about the possibly needed amount of searching in the code before they try beta versions.
