    Yum repositories for CentOS/RHEL 5.x

    Hi folks,

I have put together a YUM repository for CentOS/RHEL 5.x i386 and x86_64. I plan to keep that one up and maintain it as long as I can pay the bill for the server and/or traffic. ZABBIX version is starting from 1.8.2.

I plan to provide separate repositories for each stable branch of ZABBIX, e.g. 1.8, 2.0, etc.

It is freely available for anyone wanting to use and maintain a current stable ZABBIX on CentOS or RHEL distributions. The repository provides packages for proxy and agent in all database flavours except Oracle as well as agent and frontend packages.

I have not tested the RPMs provided on a lot of systems outside my very own environment, so they might break somewhere else. I'd be grateful for failure reports etc. The packages are provided as-is, without any warranty of any kind.

For further information, refer to http://mistrust.net/zabbix/repo.html or directly use the YUM repo configurations:

    i386: http://mistrust.net/zabbix/repo/zabbix-1.8-i386.repo

    x86_64: http://mistrust.net/zabbix/repo/zabbix-1.8-x86_64.repo

The spec file, sources and build scripts are also available.
