Compile Zabbix Server 2.2 with Percona 5.6 auto install script

I thought I'd share my simple recipe for automatically compiling Zabbix Server 2.2 on top of the venerable Percona 5.6 database. All you need to do is clone the repo and run

 ./bootstrap

and the install will take care of everything for you.
