There is my template to monitor UPS MGE EX5RT with installed SNMP monitoring card.

1) Create a Value Mapping for "Input Line Fail causes":
Name: MGE UPS Input Line Fail cause
Mappings:

1. -> no fail
2. -> Out of Voltage
3. -> Out of Frequency
4. -> No Input Voltage at all

2) Create a Value Mapping for "MGE Statuses":
Name: MGE UPS Status
Mappings:

1. -> yes
2. -> no

3) Import Template "Template UPS MGE EX5RT" (attached)

4) That template can be linked to UPS MGE and provide 32 items/27 triggers/4 graphs
