Monitor PGSQL Database - Calculate delta on storage between T-Now and T-1h/j/d

Hello,

I would like to know if it is possible for Zabbix to monitor storage expansion of a Database on PostgreSQL and send an alert if my DB is growing too fast. Thus without using total storage space as a reference, because what only matters in my case is expansion rate over time.
