Good work Alexei, the upgrade from 1.1alpha10 went just fine. No compilation issues as in alpha 11. I noticed one tiny little bug though. The version number is still alpha11 in the frontend php for all locales. I managed to figure out how to change that myself though. 
And lastly, don't forget the --enable-agent option which is new in alpha12.
