bar report item caption problem

there's a minor problem with bar report item captions (rev 7471).
if one adds an item with caption checkbox unchecked, then edits this item, editing form has the checkbox marked and default caption filled in as if it was manually entered.
selecting a different item now requires unchecking the checkbox to use the default caption.

if item is added with the default caption, this option should be obeyed when editing the item afterwards.
