Email Alert - Add Label/Name to From: Address?

Hello,

Is it possible to add a from name to the email alerts?

i.e. at the moment it comes from <[email protected]> whereas it would be good to be:

From: "Name" <[email protected]>

I tried without any luck so far. Is there a script that can do this for me?
