win32 agent not uploading data after server unavailable

After the zabbix server was down for about an hour and came back up, none of the agents were uploading data. I'm using mostly windows agents.

I restarted an agent, and the respective host started working fine, but the other 25 are still not contacting the zabbix server! Once i restart the agent, it works great. hm.

I'm using purely active checks for hosts with agents.
