Seems I've made a mistake when converting a standalone server to DM mode, I didn't stop zabbix server, and started to converting mysql as what is described on help page, then I got a mysql lock issue which took a very long time, 3 days.
All things are slowed down, even cannot restart mysqld.
I just killed the locked updating action, but how can I complete this conversion on a server that running for a long time. I set up a new server, the conversion period is very short.
