Polling SNMP OID's on the result of other poll result

I have a requirement Like if the SNMP OID XXX result the Value > 80 Need to Start polling the other 10 Paramater - Else this is not required
Like My Battery voltage is starts falling - I Need to measure the load/ energy / soc parameter
else these will be overhead
This I need to do it on 10K devices - for large Installation
