Hello Everyone,
I am very very new to Zabbix and working to setup distributed Zabbix monitoring system with HA. For architecture I have searched Google, Zabbix forums and Zabbix blog .
I have decided to setup Zabbix server, zabbix database and Zabbix web ui each on separate servers.
For HA for Zabbix servers i have found many recommendations are, to setup HA using pacemaker+ corosync
For HA for Zabbix DB servers I have found mix response for setup Maria DB Galera cluster.
Can any body please clarify if it (Maria DB + Galera) is right choice or wrong choice? if not then what is recommended salable solution?.
Also for HA for Zabbix servers instead of corosync + pacemaker, HA proxies http://www.haproxy.org/ is not right choice ?
In the beginning I have 500 Hosts (Physical + VMs) to monitor
