I am thinking of using ZoneMinder as a security tool at home. I have already been playing with Zabbix but would like a 'one-stop' place to look for following issues at my home.
What is the best way to inject those events that ZoneMinder logs into the Zabbix database? I guess I want to use only the portions of ZoneMinder that do the recording and other camera smarts, but use Zabbix for the event logging and subsequent response to events.
Does anyone have any experience with ZoneMinder and Zabbix or just getting external events into Zabbix?
