Actions doesn't work (version 1.4.5)

I'm sorry for my english.... is not good.. so...
I need that don't send email for "load average > 8" for "host1", but i want see the trigger, only need don't send the email.
I try to create new action for one item and one especific trigger for the Host but it doesn't work!!! I think that the AND's condition doesn't work...
Any idea?
