I've a question, probably silly, but i just can't find the solution.
There are triggers, which are working just fine for a period of time (various, it can be days,hours etc) and suddenly disappears from the monitoring. I' ve figured out that it may happen because items, which are used by particular triggers, change their status to 'not supported', despite the fact if it was build-in or defined by user (some external script for example) item. Changing status back to 'active' solves the problem, but unfortunately only temporarily, and in the long run changing back the statuses everytime for every item is not a solution at all.
What could be the reason of these status changes? Is this anything i can fix from the zabbix frontend level (i have limited accesss to the system, i'm just a newcomer in my company
)?
