it's possible to change the server timeout to more that 30 seconds??
I have an external script running and sometimes it takes some time to run because of connection speed, if the script doesn't get get any value in less than 30 seconds the server will set the item status as "Not Supported", how can i prevent this from happen? or how can i force the server to check again next time?
