POST file in web monitoring

After searching both online and in the manual, it looks like there is no way to include sending a file to a server via POST in a web monitoring scenario. Is there some way to do it which I am missing? It would be very helpful for performance monitoring, especially over asymmetric links.

I am using the latest 1.4 version.
