Monitor Process and user logins

I have a windows 2003 box and need to monitor if certain process are running - for example if mysql is running or if it is stopped

Also how can i log or do a trigger if someone logs into one of my windows boxes?

for both issues i am using zabbix agent and i do have snmp enabled
