Simple check from device web interface

Hi,

On my network i have a mesh network node with a Linksys WRT54gl running freifunk.

I would like to graph the wireless signal strength by reading it from the device web interface. to simplify the process i have made a php page that reads the correct data and simply makes a page with the information like this:

RSSI60|NOISE97

I would like to read the values ie. 60 and 97, and graph them with zabbix, is this doable
