We are a small company and we have a very basic Cisco ASA 5505 device and I was wondering if there was a way to script it some how so that zabbix would be able to change NAT on the device should the node become unresponsive.
I have the ASA NATing an address to a load balancer, which is then balancing between a number of web servers, if that load balancer should become unresponsive would I be able to send a scripted command to the ASA to change the NAT to just point directly at the physical server until I can get the load balancer up again. This may be more of a question for Cisco too, I'm not sure.
