How to monitore HP UPS R5500XR ?

First of all, sorry for my poor english level.
I try to configure a template for my two UPS HP R5500XR. To do this, I need to have some parameters :

• SNMP Community : public
• SNMP OID : is it the complete ID ?
• SNMP Port : 161
• Key : I have no key for the correspondant OID ... All OID are in .iso.org.dod.internet.mgmt.mib-2 (.1.3.6.1.2.1) And the key is unique

Then, I add two hosts in Zabbix : I select the name, group, IP address, Zabbix agent port (10050), template (HP_UPS_R5500). But I can not monitor them. I have this error message : "Timeout while connecting to [10.10.40.246:161]"

On my UPS, I configure authorized managers and on my PC, I can browse the MIB of UPS

Reason : two active network interfaces...
