zabbix agent - status grey by linux/windows

Hi

I have installed on some Windows and Linux Server.
configure and Install the agent are successfull, because i didnt get connect from Zabbix Appßliance 1.8 to the target server.

Ping and SNMPWALK working fine with this target server...

Any solution ?
