Using Zabbix Proxy on remote OFFLINE site

Hello,

After online configuring I would like to deploy Zabbix Proxy computer on the remote OFFLINE site to collect data for 7 days. After that Zabbix Proxy will be brought online to sync all data to Main Zabbix Server.

Is this possible?
Are there any possibilities that collected data would be lost or never collected?
Possible alternatives, maybe DM?

Zabbix_proxy.conf will contain:
ProxyLoadbuffer=720
ProxyOfflineBuffer=720
