I have some problems with IT services configuration.
I have some websites what I have to their availability in working times from 07.00 - 24.00 every day in the week whole year. And I want to calculate SLA for these sites in working time.
At the moment my configuration is come to point: SLA is calculating, but for whole time, not working time. For me it's right.
