Is there a way to configure the agent's client encoding ?

Hello the community,

We use Zabbix Server v1.8.3 (revision 13928) (16 August 2010) with a PostgreSQL database created in UTF8.

My zabbix error log contains this error :
PGRES_FATAL_ERROR:ERROR: invalid byte sequence for encoding "UTF8"

because the windows agent 1.8.3 sends metrics in latin1.

Is there a way to configure agent's client encoding ?
