Checking to see if {HOSTNAME} matches system.hostname

I need a trigger that can check to see that the system.hostname returned from the zabbix agent matches with the {HOSTNAME} of the configured host.

I get an error when I try to use a macro such as {HOSTNAME} in place of the comparison such as
{Template_BOISE:system.hostname.last(0)}#{HOSTNAME }
