Host template and graph's item..

I create template with some items and create graph based on this template item. Why when I add this template with graph to some host... item in the graph stay with name from template, rather than the host name is bound to this template?

As a result, the graphs do not appear.

item's get from SNMP.

I have something wrong doing or this a bug?
