We're looking to monitor the end user experience with zabbix on our arquitecture, it's sounds simple but hard to implement.
The first idea is to create one template for each application we want to monitor, but how can we monitor the spend time an application to execute an action?
For example:
An user tell us that the outlook client spend so much time to respond when click on "New message".
how can we meassure the spend time for an application?
Maybe a robot who check each click and send the time with zabbix sender?
Any ideas?
