I know I have an overloaded zabbix database and I'm looking for ways to render the zabbix_server process more tolerant of SQL timeouts until I scale the DB out.
I find SQL timeouts in syslog several times a week and have to restart the process when this happens which kinda sucks.
Is there a way to set the SQL connect timeout for the daemon? Does anyone know the default timeout? I wanna buy some time on this existing setup.
