My understanding is that 1-5,05:00-21:00 would mean Monday through Friday 5am to 9pm and 6,05:00-14:00 would mean Saturday 5am to 2pm but is there a way to combine them? I'm trying to setup alerts to go off M-F 5-9 and Saturdays 5-2. Normally an "OR" in the "Type of calculation" but I'm also using
(C) Trigger value = "PROBLEM"
(D) Trigger severity = "Average"
If I used the "OR" function wouldn't it trigger on every Trigger value that had a "PROBLEM"? I guess I could create a second action for Saturday separately but I was wondering if there was a better way to do it?
