I'd was thinking if is possible to use Zabbix to record/monitor my companies telephone usage. Basically I have a tool that receives logs from our PBX and stores it in a database as soon as it ends, saving the call time, call duration, direction (internal, incoming or outgoing), caller number and dialled number.
The idea *is not* to use Zabbix as call manager tool. Instead what I'd like is to send data via zabbix_sender with some/all fields and plot graphs of:
* avarage number of incoming call/minute
* avarage number of outgoing call/minute
* avarage call duration/per hour
I already know how to use zabbix_sender to send ou those records to zabbix but I have no idea on how should I create those items in order to account them (ie, should I use delta, delta per second and other stuff).
Any ideas?
