I'm currently setting up a system status monitor screen based on items from a common template shared with all the servers I want on the screen. I have added "graphs" (not simple graphs) from the template to the screen and using the "Dynamic Item" box it works perfectly when I view it on the Monitoring page and select the different hosts.
However, I also want to add some plain text items (e.g. agent version, host uname string etc.) but when I go to add a plain text item using a template, I don't get any items listed. I have to select a specific host to get any items to display. I don't want to make items in this screen host specific, as I want to be able to apply it to any new hosts I make.
I'm running 1.8.1. Any suggestions?
