I was under the impression that if an item goes unsupported it will still be checked every so offten to see if the data is available again?
For instance I have certain UserParameters which go unsupported during a maintenance window however I would expect them to be checked again once the system is back online, however, I had maintenance 24 hours ago and when I checked in the gui all the items where still RED "unsupported" in the GUI I enabled all the items and they are now collecting data.
Is there something I am missing here?
