When a server/app has a problem, an SNMP trap with all necessary info is sent to another monitoring system. (a team which is available 24/24)
This trap is sent using an external script.
We need to send some kind of 'heartbeat' to ensure zabbix is running each x minute.
Any idea how I can do this without having the trigger show up in 'latest issues'?
