Is there a way to monitor content in Zabbix and throw alerts based on failed tests of the content? Lately I've been working on projects where their main purpose is to deliver json content. Based on the content returned, I'd like an easy way to test the content for specific values for equality or do some time comparisons for dates and timestamps.
Is there already a way to do this in Zabbix? If not, could the api allow me a way to extend Zabbix to perform this function?
