Change the value of the Delta

Hello Guys,

I would like to know if is possible change the
value of the: "Store value Delta (speed per second)"
for a smaller/bigger value, for instance, 0.8 seconds;

Or if is possible get directly the value of the
bandwith of an interface, without the need
of get this value using Delta.

Obs: For get this value I'm using zabbix agent with
the follow key:
net.if.total[nomeOfTheInterface,bytes]

Does somebody can help me?
