Wasn't sure where to put this...
Since I was having discovery issues initially, I went ahead and setup the webUI, and added the host groups; Windows Server, Windows PC, Linux Server, Linux PC, Printers, etc.
When I checked this morning, my Fedora Desktop was in the "Linux PC" group, which is really cool considering I don't have a rule for that! It should have ended up in Linux Servers for having SSH running.
It also only did this with my desktop. My girlfriends laptop running Ubuntu was left in Discovered Hosts group, as was the printer and router since I haven't setup SNMP yet.
Theories? Or is this an awesome new feature!
