failed to detect the smtp

I installed the zabbix server to mail server A and the agent is installed to mail server B.

In the zabbix system, it can detect whether the smtp is running or not.

Now my zabbix system detected the smtp of mail server A which is running but mail server B doesn't work...

Actually, the smtp of mail server B is running....

How come....? is it related to the configuration on zabbix_agentd ???

please advise me....
